JOB TITLE: CLIENT RELATIONS MANAGER (Key Accounts Manager)

We are currently seeking Client Relations Managers who can be based in Islamabad, Lahore & Karachi. They will report to the Director of the Company based in Islamabad. This is a field-based role with flexible working timings. You will have the responsibility of managing a portfolio of clients, building relationships and generating sales.

The successful candidate will develop relationships with leading Architects, Interior Designers, high end house builders, hotels / restaurants, recreational clubs, institutional & corporate customers. Client Relations Manager will be responsible for representing Mirari Heirloom Furniture to the potential prospects and achieve sale revenue objectives.

GENERAL PROFILE

We are looking for someone with the ability to help us build collaborative and mutually-beneficial relationships with all stakeholders who can play an instrumental role in furniture business.

Should possess high level of numeracy, literacy and a flair for selling. Fluent in English for successful business interactions. Must be trustworthy, honest and dependable. Should have good build and be well dressed. Should possess certain mental qualities such as imagination, initiative, self-confidence, sharp memory and alertness.

Must be capable of working with little or no supervision. Proven track record of achieving objectives. Possess the necessary energy and enthusiasm to compete and win in a very competitive environment. Fond of travelling and taking challenges all the time. Strong social, communication and relationship building skills at all levels with both external & internal customers.

Ability to grasp the style and technical aspects of furniture and translate this into a meaningful proposition for customers. Ideally the candidate will have a good understanding of who are the key actors and influencers in the design, specification and procurement of commercial interiors. Current contacts with influencer’s will be beneficial.

Education & Previous Experience:

  • Track record of achieving and exceeding targets; essential

  • Knowledge of route to market; essential

  • Furniture & interior décor knowledge; will be an advantage

  • Knowledge of furniture styles in various eras; desirable

  • Knowledge and experience of working on commercial interiors; desirable

  • Knowledge of construction industry; desirable

  • Educated to a degree level or similar. Preference shall be given to qualification in Architecture or Interior Décor

Reporting / Management information:

  • Regular liaison with Manager Operations

  • Weekly / Monthly reporting on agreed formats

  • Ensure all internal & external KPI’s are adhered to and look at the root where KPI’s are not met

Flexible Work Arrangement

You will have the opportunity to 'own your day' every day, feeling like a self-employed business owner but without all the risks attached. You can work out a flexible work schedule, set your working timetables that will enable you to meet your targets. You have to assess the needs and preferences of individual customers and according to it adjust your work timings. Its is important to ensure that your work schedule is set to be productive for regular achievement of your pre-determined objectives.

Its necessary to have a private quite space with no distractions for your work when you are communicating with the Company or your customers from your home.

Privacy & Conflict of Interest

You shall be required to observe and uphold all of the Company’s privacy policies and procedures as implemented from time to time. While you are employed with our Company you will not engage in any other business activity or employment that would create a conflict of interest. You will have to sign an agreement to this regard.

Emoluments:

  • Uncapped earning in the form of basic salary plus commission based on sales volume that shall be calculated on quarterly basis and will be added to payroll.

  • Subject to eligibility, a company assisted car with fuel allowance;

  • Leaves as per company policy.

  • Opportunity to join the company provident fund scheme and health insurance plan after successful completion of mandatory probation period.
